Bio

I graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1973with a major in sculpture. I began my career as an exhibit’s designer for the St. Louis Museum of Science and Natural History while earning my master’s degree in Graphic Design from Washington University.

I went on to Time Arts, Inc. as Director of Creative Services to assist in the development of high-end ink and paint software with an emphasis on animation applications. While living in St. Louis, I started teaching the first computer graphics courses in the School of Fine Arts at Washington University.
After moving to Atlanta, I worked as an art director for IBM, then went on to manage the art department for Georgia Quick Start. I continued my teaching career at American intercontinental University, then the Atlanta Art Institute as chairman of the media arts and animation department.

I was contracted by the Corel Corporation to write a book on animating with Corel Painter IX. I was a designated Painter Master.

My efforts these days are concentrated on creating sculpture in Zbrush, 3-D printing and jewelry fabrication in a variety of metals and beads.
